Vivaldi Music Academy moves to remote lessons

Dear Vivaldi Families and Students,

I hope this email finds you well.

During Spring Recess, the developments of the 2019 novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected our communities and the world around us. As we are continuing to learn from the experts and navigate a new way of communicating and supporting each other during this time, we want to help continue the normalcy with music education. We hope our students and families are staying safe at this time. Lessons and classes are resuming Sunday, March 22nd and all lessons are 100% remote and will be conducted using Zoom software.

Zoom Meeting Software. We have researched options for remote learning and moving forward we will be using Zoom meeting software. This software was recommended by leading music universities such as Juilliard, Royal Academy of Music and other music academies in the nation. Zoom offers high quality sound for musicians and reliable connection. We will not move forward with Skype links and Facetime.

We appreciate your understanding and adaptability during this time as we are in discovery in these uncharted times. We are continuing to monitor the advisories and committed to maintaining safety for all of our students, staff, and faculty. We will continue to update you as any amendments to precautionary measures are made.

Please let us know if you have any questions, our staff will be available remotely during regular business hours and can be reached by phone or email, 713-489-3646 (Memorial), 713-858-9617 ( West U), 832-404-2299 (Bellaire).

Sincerely,

Zeljko Pavlovic, Founder and CEO
