Vivaldi Music Academy – Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 3, 2025

Welcome to Vivaldi Music Academy! By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Registration

  • Enrollment is available year-round on a space-available basis.

  • A completed registration form and payment of the registration fee are required to secure your spot.

  • Each student must have an up-to-date account with current contact and billing information.

2. Tuition & Fees

  • Tuition is charged monthly and due on the 1st of each month.

  • Tuition remains consistent regardless of the number of weeks in a month.

  • Registration fees and tuition payments are non-refundable.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card through our secure billing platform.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of $30.

3. Attendance & Cancellations

  • Regular attendance is vital to student progress.

  • Students must notify the academy at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a makeup lesson.

  • Make-up tokens expire within 6 months.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for makeup lessons or credits.

4. Teacher Assignments & Substitutions

  • We reserve the right to assign or substitute instructors based on availability.

  • All Vivaldi Music Academy instructors are thoroughly vetted and trained to provide high-quality instruction.

5. Schedule Changes & Withdrawals

  • Schedule change requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

  • Students must provide written notice by the 15th of the month to withdraw for the following month.

  • Failure to provide notice will result in continued billing.

6. Holidays & Closures

  • The Academy follows a published holiday schedule. Tuition is not prorated for these closures.

  • Weather or emergency closures will be communicated via email and social media.

7. Student Experience

  • Respectful and courteous behavior is expected of all students and families.

8. Media Release

  • Vivaldi Music Academy may photograph or video students during events or lessons for promotional purposes.

  • By enrolling, you grant permission to use your or your child’s image unless you opt out in writing.

9. Liability & Safety

  • Vivaldi Music Academy is not responsible for injury, theft, or loss occurring on the premises.

  • Children must be supervised in waiting areas and picked up promptly after lessons.

10. Communication

  • The Academy communicates important updates via email, SMS, and the parent portal.

  • It is the responsibility of the account holder to keep contact information current.

11. Code of Conduct

  • Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or disruption will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.

12. Policy Updates

  • Vivaldi Music Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

  • Continued enrollment constitutes agreement to the most current version.
