Simon F is an accomplished cellist and pianist hailing from Venezuela, where he was nurtured within the renowned system of Orchestras of Venezuela and the Latin American Academy of Cello. His musical journey began at the age of 10, when he first picked up the cello, and it has since been marked by a remarkable dedication to both performance and education.
Having accumulated 12 years of experience as a cello and piano teacher, Simon has not only honed his own musical skills but has also shared his expertise with aspiring musicians. His contributions extend to coaching orchestras within the esteemed framework of the Orchestras of Venezuela, further emphasizing his commitment to musical education and orchestral development.
Simon’s formative years were shaped under the guidance of distinguished mentors. William Molina Cestari, a prominent cellist, played a significant role in Simon’s training, contributing to his foundation as a cellist. Simon’s pursuit of excellence led him to participate in cello courses taught by internationally acclaimed educators such as Horacio Contreras and Luca Francetti. His involvement with the National Children’s Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela highlighted his early talent and dedication.
