Noe M is a devoted husband and father of two, whose lifelong passion for music and the arts has shaped a multifaceted career spanning over 20 years in music education. As a skilled multi-instrumentalist, he teaches guitar, bass guitar, saxophone, and ukulele, bringing his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to students of all ages and skill levels.

From an early age, Noe’s deep appreciation for various art forms inspired him to explore a diverse array of creative disciplines. His artistic repertoire includes graphic design, animation, videography, writing, acting, fight choreography, and musical direction, showcasing his versatility and commitment to creativity.

Between 2013 and 2020, Noe served as a Music Instructor and Band Mentor at Sessions Music, where he was instrumental in shaping the educational experience of numerous students. In 2017, he was appointed Student Band Program Director, a role in which he developed and implemented curricula, coordinated group performances, and assessed the program’s overall effectiveness. His leadership and innovative approach helped nurture young musicians, fostering their growth and confidence.

Following the unexpected closure of Sessions Music due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Noe seized the opportunity to establish Mendoza Music, an online studio dedicated to providing personalized music lessons to students worldwide. This transition allowed him to reach a global audience and create tailored learning experiences that cater to individual student needs.

Noe graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Digital Media, which uniquely positions him to blend music education with modern technology. He skillfully incorporates digital tools and multimedia elements into his lessons, enhancing student engagement and understanding.
