Mary is anything but your average soprano! Hailing from the small town of Dermott, Arkansas, Mary brings her Southern charm and passion for music to every lesson and performance. Her vocal talents have taken her across the globe, with performances in Spain, China, Costa Rica, and Switzerland.
Mary holds a Bachelor’s in Music Education from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, as well as a Master’s and Professional Certificate in Voice from the University of Central Arkansas. Deeply committed to her community, she recently returned to her roots as a featured soloist in Handel’s Messiah in El Dorado, Arkansas.
Although Mary began her classical training in high school, her musical repertoire spans a variety of genres, including hip-hop, electronic, and gospel. A unique highlight of her career is performing at anime conventions, which remain her favorite venues for their vibrant energy and enthusiastic audiences.
When she’s not performing or teaching, Mary enjoys writing poetry, practicing yoga, and diving into a good book.
