Esteban V. is a classically-trained musician with a focus on vocal performance and piano. He began his musical journey when he was in middle school and began to take it more seriously in high school. He has performed at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts with his high school choir, he was apart of the world-premiere of The Field (Ubi Caritas) by Julian David Bryson with the San Jacinto College Choir, and he was apart of the 2019 Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Houston’s production of A Topsy Turvy Mikado.
Esteban began teaching in 2019 and is working diligently to further his knowledge of music and is aiming to either be an active vocal performer or a private lesson teacher at a collegiate level. He currently has his Associate’s of Music from San Jacinto College and his Bachelor’s in Music from the University of St. Thomas. In the future, he has his sights set on attaining his Master’s and his Doctorate in Music.
Inspired heavily by Brahms and Pavarotti, Esteban has a passion for performing music and enjoys attending concerts in his spare time. He also draws comics as a hobby and has been drawing them since 2011!
