D.C. M has a diverse background in music education, sacred music, musical theatre, and opera. He has taught in a variety of settings, including freelance, fieldwork, and contracted positions in public schools. Since 2010, he has also instructed private lessons and coaching sessions.

He has received extensive choral training both in and out of Arkansas, including a 20-year career in sacred music. D.C. has been fortunate to have many enriching and musically rewarding experiences throughout his career. In addition to classical training, he has developed a deep appreciation for folk, rock, blues, gospel, and jazz music, expanding his ability to teach and adapt his vocal instruction to a wide range of genres.
