Early Childhood Music Teacher

Qualifications:
Teaching experience with students ages 1-6 years old in a group music class setting
Outgoing and friendly personality, ability to sing unaccompanied, create a warm and welcoming environment for children to learn music
Ability to engage in creative musical activities with toddlers and pre-school children guided by our Vivaldi Seasons curriculum for early childhood music education
Team player and strong work ethic

Job Duties:
Interact with students and families Provide a creative and warm classroom setting
Sing, Play, Dance and Enact musical themes and activities as encouraged by Vivaldi Seasons curriculum
Explore a variety of music genres in class

Front Desk Manager

Through our four locations in Houston, Vivaldi Music Academy strives to provide students a place to discover music and build confidence through performance and musical milestones.

Purpose of Role

We are seeking a personable and dedicated Front Desk Manager who is a creative problem-solver, detail oriented, extremely reliable, outstanding with communicator and team player.

In this role, you will support the Founder & CEO’s vision for the company by embracing the company culture and coordinating all the behind the scenes details of our company and working closely with the General Manager.

The Front Desk Manager will utilize their organizational talents and people skills to provide an outstanding customer experience to our families and students.

You are bringing your skills and talents to a company who strives to provide an exceptional experience of music and education.

In this role you will:

Work with General Manager to ensure the internal operations are prepared and completed from scheduling to event planning. This includes attending weekly (online) team meetings and mentoring sessions.

Delight our clients and exceed their expectations with above and beyond service and communication.

Support fellow team members with proactive and can-do attitude.

Managing more than one email inbox and respond in a timely manner that delights and creates a positive impression of our company.

Provide guidance and support to faculty members with scheduling and enrollment.

Managing all payment processing and memberships inquiries for our students enrolled and students beginning their journey in music.

Communicating with families and students to maintain their relationship with our company.

Managing billing and payment processing and resolving issues efficiently.

Concisely address student questions related to private lessons, classes and overall company experience.

Event planning and organizing for bi-annual recitals and summer

Collaborate with the General Manager to track and provide accurate database for students and families.

Enhance the enrollment experience for new students by your personable skills and professionalism and organization.

Proactively maintaining relationships with students and families through engaging and bonding to retain for long-term retention.

Maintain calendars up to date and accurate on a daily basis.

Be the face and main contact person for our company and the go-to person for enrollment inquiries.

Details Hours per week: Full-time

40 hours per week Schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Monday 12pm – 8pm
Tuesday 12pm – 8pm
Wednesday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Friday 12pm – 8pm
Sunday 8:30am – 5:15pm

Salary: Starting at $41,600 per year and performance bonuses

A professional and organized company, Vivaldi Music Academy provides a collegial atmosphere for our faculty. We handle all billing and scheduling, so you can focus on spreading the joy of music! Our high expectations from students allows you to exercise your incredible skills and work with children not just for their weekly lessons, but also for our many local, national and international performances.

As one of the fastest growing music schools, we are able to guarantee teaching schedules up to 33 hours a week and earn up to $55,000 per year. We are hiring teachers for the following instruments: piano, violin, voice, drums, guitar and cello.
